What are attributes of employee suicides?

How many work places do you know that have had 3 to 4 employees commit suicide in less than 5 years, or a company who has 2 to 3 suicides in a little over 2 and a half years? It is rare for a workplace to have had one person commit suicide, let alone 3 or more. Even though they did not kill themselves at work, I believe it could be work related.  This definitely says there is a problem.

Are their a lot of Prison employee suicides

Do all Arizona State Prisons or prisons in the United States have this Problem? Could this be only at this prison? is the investigator Lieutenant and his investigator team connected in some way to suicide victims? How about the head of the HR department does he figure into the equation? What are the common Denominators? What outside forces plus inside ones would push someone over the edge. Is the warden even taking a look at these tragedies? These are questions I think need to be answered.

What triggers this kind of depression?

 What is the trigger or pressure point that pushes a person over the edge? Problems outside of the workplace, combined with the workplace. When a work place has this many employees commit suicide, you can be sure there is some kind of connection. Is there something or someone who is responsible, directly or indirectly? There is always something that causes or pushes these people over the edge to take their own life. Some of the causes could be depression, fear of consequences, for something at the work place or home. It could be the environment or certain people or events. The one thing that stands out is all these people worked at the same place.

Is this company #1 for suicides in the world?

 Are there lots of places like this, I don’t know. I have known of only this one. Suicide: What pushes people over the edge? One suicide outside or connected with a workplace is bad, what is the common denominator for four to five suicides. Is this a high amount for one workplace or are their others with the same problem.
