GEO A Slanderous Retaliating Nightmare Company

  Dec of 2015 Geo took over management of Arizona state prison from MTC.  I started working at the prison Feb 2012 when it was managed by MTC. I worked in maintenance department as a maintenance tech. sometime around early 2014 I started working as a locksmith, I worked on the doors and locking devices at the prison this would include the slider type doors. While working on slider doors I injured my shoulders and sides when one of the covers started to fall and I grabbed it. This was early in 2017. I also built the inventory of the lock shop up, added shelves and built up parts inventory, I set it up to minimize down time, by being able to change out whole units.

I had no write ups or reprimands in the 6 years I worked at Arizona State Prison in Golden Valley AZ. My problems began with a promotion scam. I put in for an Electrical instructors position Aug. of 2017.  I was 60 years old at this time and my shoulders sides hurt whenever I did any lifting. That is why I wanted to get into the instructor field. I have lots of experience in building trades.  The scam about this position was they were out to put their friend in this position who was less qualified than me.  I protested this. And then the workplace became hostile. I also reported everything that was going on to my immediate supervisor Kevin Lawson; he did nothing to stop the hostility.  I believe even the head of HR Eli Johnston was in on this scam. After this a friend Tony’s committed suicide. That’s when the lies started. https://liberty-verses-politics.com/

I also hold Arizona Department of Corrections, complaisant in everything Geo does. I’m out for justice. A person who will lie will steal; a person who will steal will lie. This sums up Geo’s character. I am also warning people looking for a job, that any place is better than Geo.

I want to hold this Criminal organization accountable for all the lies and treachery they imposed on me. When Tony committed suicide; he was managing their waste water facility. I knew about a lot of problems he was having with this facility. I saw Lt Gordonaire Monday Feb 5^th 2018 in his office; I told him I held this company responsible for the suicide. I though then and still think that he and his lackey’s did something to push tony over the edge. Lt Gordonaire and Lt King are both investigative Lieutenants. My opinion has not changed. I also hold the incompetent warden, Warden Jeff Wrigley his secretary and head of Hr. Eli Johnston responsible. I heard HR. Eli Johnston was promoted to regional office. This shows you what kind of people Manage this unscrupulous company. I still think Arizona department of corrections is complaisant in everything Geo does

My goal is to see GEO shut down and kicked out of the United States and its entire crooked management people fired. My goal is to let people in this county and state, know, that Geo is the worst company in the world to work for. They have a high turnover rate and it seems a high employee suicide rate.

As long as Geo is in operation I will continue to post articles to let people know they are not a company you want to work for. They are dangerous and evil. Between Geo’s financial penny pinching, clicks and their micromanager’s they are a danger to everyone in Mohave County.  They are a safety and environmental problem also. My goal as I have said about Geo is to hold them and their crooked micromanager’s accountable. The problem idiot companies and their idiot people have is when they cause so much damage to a person like me is, we have nothing to lose and they have everything to lose, especially when we put the word out about them.  It is past Time for us to get the word out.

I hope others people will come forward to write articles, People who they have wronged. They don’t have a high employee turnover rate and suicide rate for nothing. They are the worst company anyone can work for. MY advice to anyone, job hunting’, is don’t give them a second thought. Any job is better than Geo. If you are a lazy, lying, backstabbing, cut throat person, than Geo is the place for you. If you are a good hard working person than anywhere but Geo is a good place to work. This is my belief and opinion of GEO after all the crap they pulled on me.
